WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
For twenty years, expert-led brands built authority by ranking on Google. Today, that strategy is obsolete. Lim Le-Anne founded Maxifi Digital after observing a consistent pattern: expert-led brands that had invested years building genuine authority were invisible in AI-generated answers — not because their expertise was thin, but because their content was not structured for machine comprehension.
Previously, she led visibility strategy for a Singapore-based technology consultancy, where she worked with law firms, professional associations, and industry bodies to navigate the shift from search engine rankings to AI-driven discovery. She recognised early that traditional SEO expertise would not transfer to the AI era: what works for ranking pages does not work for being cited in synthesised responses.
She built Maxifi Digital to close that gap. Her work sits at the intersection of content strategy, structured data, and the emerging science of how AI engines select, attribute, and cite sources in synthesised responses. Every engagement is grounded in measurement: citation share before, citation share after.
PROOF, NOT PROMISES
We test our own method in public. In 2026 we built the Airspace World 2026 AI Visibility Hub — a citation-optimised knowledge hub for the aviation industry's flagship air traffic management event — and tracked how long it took AI engines to start citing it. The answer: 62 days from launch to first citation.
By the July 2026 citation audit, Microsoft Copilot was building its answer to the event discovery query directly from hub pages — placing the hub above the official event website — and citing a hub insight article inside its AI answer. Perplexity was recommending the hub as the "best starting point" for researching the event. The hub is live, and every claim can be re-run in the engines today.
WHAT WE DO
AI engines cannot cite what they cannot read. When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews which firm to trust in a given category, the engine synthesises an answer from sources it can parse, attribute, and verify. Most expert-led brands publish content written for humans and ignored by machines — unstructured, entity-ambiguous, and invisible to retrieval models.
